Quotes and estimates

Fixed prices shown for focused website packages are the price you pay for the scope described. Custom projects receive a range based on the scope factors you provide; the final figure is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Estimates are valid for 30 days. A change in scope changes the price, and we will always tell you before that happens.

Scope, revisions, and feedback

Each engagement lists its deliverables, revision rounds, and milestones. Feedback is collected per milestone so the schedule stays predictable.

Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it.

Timelines

Timelines assume timely content, feedback, and approvals from your side. Delays in those inputs move the delivery date by the same amount.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that any content, imagery, logos, or data you supply is yours to use, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break applicable law.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final delivered work. VIDAGA retains ownership of underlying tools, internal frameworks, and reusable components, and may reference the finished project in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Client portal access

Portal access is personal to you. Sign-in links are single use and time limited. Do not share them; tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

Limits

We do not guarantee specific revenue, traffic, or ranking outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.

Ending an engagement

Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been produced and paid for.
