What we collect

Contact details you submit: name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message, quote, or onboarding form.

Project information: answers to quote questions, project requirements, files you upload, messages you send us, and the status of your work.

Payment information: the amount, currency, status, and reference identifiers of your transactions. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by VIDAGA.

How we use it

To prepare estimates, deliver your project, communicate with you, process payments, and keep records required for accounting and support.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes data for us

Stripe handles payment processing. Our hosting and database provider stores your account, project, message, and file data. AI features that help draft project summaries process only the project details you submit, and never your payment information.

Each provider acts on our instructions and is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.

Security and access

The client portal is protected by a single-use sign-in link sent to your email address. Project files are stored in private storage and are only accessible through short-lived links issued to you or the VIDAGA team.

Access to your data inside VIDAGA is limited to the people working on your project.

How long we keep it

Project and financial records are kept while your engagement is active and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, and support purposes. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw from further contact at any time by emailing jean@getvidaga.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.
